These are the days these guys are available. We will set up the final schedule once all names are in. We will try to keep it as easy as possible for all volunteers. Here is the list of days we are all available....subject to change. Final schedule will be gone over at the e-board on Tuesday Dec 20. We can also split crews between mornings and afternoons if needed. We are allotted 6 badges. 4 to 6 people on weekends...maybe 3 or 4 on the weekdays should be enough at any one time. We can use more volunteers each day to split the shifts if possible. We will be pushing for new memberships, renewals, selling calendars, informing people about our tournaments and looking for sponsors for our May 6, 2006 Derby in the lower harbor.

New Jersey Boat Show Edison Feb 25 - 26, 2006 This is a display that we will be putting on in conjunction with the Fishermen Magazine. We will use this event to promote the HRFA memberships, Sell the Calendars, and the the April derby, HOH, and May 6, Derby in the harbor and Raritan Bay.

We are allowed two tickets for this show. I have purchased two more for a total of four. Four people per day maximum is all that can fit in this booth. We will be concentrating on signing up new members. Exhibitors may enter the field house one hour before show opening. During the show hours, exhibitors may enter the field house though exhibitor entrance #2. Other times through entrance #1. When you get tot he show, Give me a call at 201-575-9960. I will go out to my car and bring one of the passes out to you. At this show we will be pushing the April Derby in Tarrytown and the May 6, Derby in the lower harbor.
